In such posts, we may include credits for your contributions (e.g. your name, X handle, or other identifier in captions, tags, or descriptions) unless you explicitly opt out as described in the Apprenticeship/Mentorship Communications section below.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

The contact form and publicly listed e-mail address are available for adults. When you use the contact form or send us an e-mail, communicate with us via phone, text, video calls, or X (formerly Twitter), we may receive: 

• Your name and/or organization name (if you provide it)
• Your phone number (if you provide it in a message, phone call, or text)
• Your e-mail address
• The message you send or content shared (e.g. design ideas, files, feedback, or project details)
• Any other information you voluntarily provide during ongoing communications or apprenticeship interactions, such as discussions related to Intellectual Property rights, collaboration credits, design ownership, or project contributions

APPRENTICESHIP / MENTORSHIP COMMUNICATIONS

In addition to general inquiries, we offer an apprenticeship/mentorship program where participants (apprentices, visitors, team members, or collaborators) may share information via the Site’s form fields, direct messages on X, phone calls, text messages, video communications on X, or other channels on X. This may include design concepts, creative ideas, project files, feedback, video content, or discussions about Intellectual Property rights, ownership, licensing, attribution/credits for collaborative designs, or related agreements.

We collect and may retain logs or records of these communications (including summaries, notes, screenshots, copies of messages, or X video content) solely for the purposes of:

• Managing the apprenticeship/mentorship relationship
• Providing feedback and guidance
• Documenting agreements or understandings regarding Intellectual Property rights, ownership, credits, or collaboration terms (to protect both parties and resolve potential disputes)
• Ensuring proper attribution in any resulting collaborative designs or public showcases

By participating in the apprenticeship/mentorship program or initiating/sharing such communications (including via X video features), you consent to our collection, use, retention, and limited sharing (as described below) of this information.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, to provide you with products and services, to manage apprenticeship/mentorship relationships, and to document Intellectual Property-related discussions or credits as needed for collaboration purposes—including publicly crediting participants on prototype/product images and X posts unless opted out. We may screen communications for fraud or potential risk. We aim to respond to genuine inquiries from adults. We do not add you to any automated mailing list, but we may send occasional promotional communications related to your inquiry or apprenticeship participation.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE SHARE WITH THIRD PARTIES

Any information that you submit through contact forms on our Site is transmitted via e-mail to the Google Gmail Account of LYBLS.AI (lybls.ai@gmail.com) and is therefore processed and stored by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

We may also share information with the following additional third parties as necessary:

• Social media platform X (formerly Twitter) when communications occur via direct messages, video features on X, public interactions, or other X-based channels related to apprenticeships
• Payment processors such as GoDaddy for handling donations or any future payments—note that we do not store full payment details (e.g. credit card numbers); these are processed directly by the third-party provider in accordance with their privacy policy
• Other service providers who assist with mentorship coordination, communication, or legal/Intellectual Property documentation, who are bound by confidentiality obligations or their own privacy policies

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Communications via X (including video) are subject to X's own privacy practices and security features.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

You will automatically opt-in to targeted marketing communications with us whenever you submit an inquiry to us either by e-mail or contact form. Once you opt-in, we may use your personal information to provide you with marketing communications or advertising related to our products and services, inform you about promotions, or provide you with business updates.

HOW TO OPT OUT OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

If you would like to stop receiving e-mails, phone calls, and text messages, you may do so at any time by contacting us. Please note that submitting a new inquiry (via phone, email, text, or contact form) will automatically opt you in to targeted marketing communications.

PERSONAL INFORMATION RETENTION

We keep general e-mail messages and inquiry-related information only for tax purposes or legitimate business purposes, for as long as reasonably needed for record-keeping (e.g. in case of follow-up questions—typically a few weeks or months), and then we delete them.

For apprenticeship/mentorship communications and related logs (including those documenting Intellectual Property rights, credits, ownership, or collaboration terms—whether via email, phone, text, or X including video), we retain records for the duration of the active collaboration plus up to 7 years thereafter (to address potential legal disputes, Intellectual Property claims, or credit verification needs), or longer if required by law. After this period, such records are securely deleted unless a legal obligation requires continued retention.

DATA RETENTION & IP

We retain apprenticeship/mentorship communications and logs (posts, messages, videos, renders, prompts, specs) for up to seven years after collaboration ends—to document and protect Intellectual Property rights.

All designs, concepts, prompts, images, videos, and specs shared or developed in the studio become full LYBLS™ Intellectual Property upon pitching. No external use or recreation permitted. If released as a product, you receive partial credit (e.g. “Concept by / LYBLS™”) unless you opt out.

CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our Site is not intended to be used by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. We do not accept or respond to messages believed to be from children—if received, they will be deleted without response. 

If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us to request the deletion of any information that we collected pertaining to your child. Upon receipt of your deletion request, we will promptly remove all pertinent personal information pertaining to your child unless we are legally obligated to retain it.

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We prioritize your privacy and do not deploy cookies or similar technologies for tracking, analytics, advertising, or data collection. However, our web hosting provider automatically sets one strictly necessary technical cookie called dps_site_id. This cookie:
